TALLMEN.EU and Wiedemann JEANS does not sell second-hand products, flawed products or products of lower quality than the corresponding market standards. The main characteristics of products are shown on tallmen.euÂ on each product page. The products offered for sale on tallmen.eu may not exactly correspond to the real garments in terms of image and colours due to the Internet browser or monitor used.
As an authorized retailer, TALLMEN.EU guarantees the authenticity of every product we stock.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. tallmen.eu offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from our distribution center. Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

Prices include VAT at the applicable rate.Â While there are no customs payable within the European Union and several other countries throughout the world, it is possible that minor custom payment obligations apply in your country for products received from the EU. Please inquire about the customs rules in your country for deliveries from the EU before you make your purchase.
All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The price of a product displayed on the website at the time the order is accepted will be honored, except in cases of payment error.
However we reserve the right at any time to modify prices or discontinue the Service without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
The price displayed to you at the checkout is the price you pay. This will not vary later whatever currency fluctuations occur. Refunds will also be set at the price you paid not the price in the currency concerned at the date of refund.
If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in EUR, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
Payment can be made by Paypal and credit cards via Paypal in the webshop.
Payment will be debited and cleared from your account at the end of the checkout process. You have to confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it.
All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to yuuths.com, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Delivery and insurance
We deliver to the member states of European Union, if we do not deliver to your country, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org to organize a special delivery method.
TALLMEN.EU insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address.
Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders between 3-19 days all around the word. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. TALLMEN.EU are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
Returns and exchange
We hope youâ€™re delighted with your order. If youâ€™re not perfectly satisfied, you may return items within 28 days and get your money back. Please note, returns numbers must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. You will then have a further 14 days to return unsuitable items.

If the items are returned within this timeframe, we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. The products may be returned by any shipping agent. The only costs at your own expense are those for return shipping. You will be responsible for any loss or damage to the products during transit. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.
Please note that any duties, taxes and fees you have paid for the delivery of the purchased products shall not be refunded.

Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard pre-authorisation on your payment method to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. We will only charge the pre-authorisation when the order is packed and ready for shipment. If the billing information is incorrect or incomplete, we may contact you for confirmation before your order is shipped.
Please read carefully our return policy to ensure you can proceed with your request as quick as possible.
- All returns should be sent back to us in their original packaging provided.
- You have 14 days from receipt of order to request your returns number. YouÂ will receive your returns number by email. Unsuitable items must then be returned within 14 days of receiving your returns number.
Your refund will exclude the delivery cost.
Return outside the 28-day window may be accepted at our discretion.
The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition, with all garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
- Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked and controlled by our packing team. If you receive an item which is damaged, please contact us immediately.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on THE OUTNET as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitorâ€™s display of any color will be completely accurate.
Refund times and procedures
The refund procedure will begin after checking to ensure that the customerâ€™s return is in accordance with the Return Policy. If the return meet all requirements, you will receive an e-mail that the returned products have been accepted. The time period for refunding depends on the form of payment used.
We offer one free exchange delivery per orders. If you send us back your original products for an exchange, then the shipping cost of the exchanged package is on us. You still have to cover the cost of the return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
